the questions women actually ask me

Good questions, answered plainly.

If you're wondering whether coaching is for someone like you, you're in good company. Here's what women ask me most.

What is life coaching, and how is it different from therapy?

Coaching is about where you are now and where you want to go next. Therapy often works to heal the past, and it's important work. Coaching starts from the belief that you're not broken and don't need fixing. You already have the answers inside you. My job is to listen, ask the right questions, and help you find the next best step that was already yours. If you ever need clinical support, I'll always encourage you to seek it alongside coaching.

Who do you work with?

Women moving through the transitions of midlife. Sending kids to kindergarten or off to college, riding out the teen years, facing a medical need in the family, or standing on the other side of a full life asking who they are now. If you've spent years carrying everyone and lost track of yourself somewhere in it, you're exactly who I built this for.

Do I need to be in crisis to work with a coach?

No. You don't have to be falling apart to deserve support. A lot of the women I work with aren't in crisis, they're just tired, stretched thin, and quietly wondering if this is all there is. Coaching works best in the middle of a hard season, not after it. You're allowed to reach out before things get worse.

How does coaching with you actually work?

We start with one conversation and see how it feels. I don't lock you into long-term packages, and I'm flexible to your schedule. We can meet virtually or over coffee. From there we find a rhythm that fits your real life. No pressure, no script, no one-size-fits-all program.

Where are you located? Can we meet virtually?

I'm based in Clinton, Tennessee, and I coach women both locally and virtually. Wherever you are, we can find a way to meet that works around the life you already have.

What is a discovery call?

It's a free 45-minute conversation to see if we're a good fit. We just get on the phone, I hear where you are, and we go from there. There's no obligation and no sales pitch. It's the easiest, lowest-stakes way to start.

What is Sunday Planning?

Sunday Planning is a simple weekly rhythm to lighten the mental load. Less overwhelm, more of your time back, a gentler start to the week. It's one of the easiest ways to begin working with me if a full coaching package feels like a lot right now.

How much does coaching cost?

A lot of coaching is priced out of reach, and that's exactly why I don't lock anyone into long-term packages. We start with one conversation, and you decide what makes sense from there. I'll walk you through pricing on your discovery call, in plain terms, with no pressure.

Is your coaching faith-based?

My faith is part of my life and it shapes how I show up, gently and without an agenda. You don't have to share it to work with me, and you'll never be preached at here. Whoever you are, you're welcome in this space exactly as you are.

What if I don't even know what I want to work on?

That's more common than you'd think, and it's completely okay. Not knowing what you want is often the very thing worth talking about. You don't have to arrive with it figured out. That's what a first conversation is for.

What are your certifications?

I'm certified through The Life Coach School and as a Christian Life Coach through Life Mentoring School. Just as much, I'm a midlife woman who has lived the seasons I coach other women through, which is the part no certificate gives you.

still have a question? just ask

The rest is easier to talk through than to read.

If your question isn't here, get on a quick call with me or send a note. No pressure either way.
